HeoGong (a form of crouched tiger on the ground) or "BokKoSe" is a pose that resembles a crouched tiger on the ground ready to jump or bound to the opponent. It’s very useful for counterattacking the opponent. HeoGong is the most difficult position for beginners, who usually cannot hold it for more than a few seconds. It requires great flexibility and power of the waist, and also the most fully stretched leg.
* Keynote: Since this pose brings a lot of pressure in the lower back, an experienced instructor's guidance is essential for those with spinal problems otherwise, it may worsen the problems.
